Any Apologies Forthcoming?

Someone in the comment section demanded that the residents of Roscoe Village extend an olive branch and heartfelt apologies to the CPD for killing the cougar roaming in the area. After reading this article, we certainly would be open to listening:

• A MOUNTAIN lion crept into a house, grabbed a pet dog from a bedroom as its owners slept and left its body outside.

  Wildlife officials in Colorado later trapped the 59kg male cat using the dog's body as bait and shot it dead, the Associated Press reported.

  Colorado Division of Wildlife spokesman Tyler Baskfield said the mountain lion got into the house in Idledale, 23km southwest of Denver, through an open door early yesterday.

A 130 pound cat made away with a Labrador, a dog weighing between 55 and 80 pounds fully grown - also about the size of a typical 8 year old, of which there are many roaming free in Roscoe Village.
