Who indeed. There's a whole bunch of people preparing for life A.S. (after Shortshanks) and those spots with additional pension perks are going to ensure that Illinois continues to circle the drain in terms of pension liabilities that has next-to-nothing to do with public safety employees and everything to do with connected politicians.
