Can anyone verify?

• POs in 011, gigd by inspector for not going to jobs in a timely manner, GPS their route and saw they got Coffee before the 19/p

It has also been hinted by more than a few readers that the Inspection Division is about to get a large boost for three reasons:

• Increasing court deviations (to save Rahm money);
• increasing uniform infractions (to save Rahm money);
• Auditing and Internal Control OT (to save Rahm money)

Inspector KC just gigged an entire checkoff of Michigan Avenue VRI for uniform and grooming infractions about two weeks ago. This ties in with the other rumors of a large number of suspensions (or worse) for out-of-control Homan Square OT "discrepancies."

UPDATE: Remember when GPS was sold to everyone as being about "Officer safety"? Yeah, doesn't look like that held true, does it?
